How to Make a Complaint

You can lodge a complaint by contacting us via:

 

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 20 business days.

 

Internal Review

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request an internal review by a senior member of our team. We will reassess your complaint and provide a final response.

 

Escalating to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB)

If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB), the national regulator of tax practitioners.

 

The TPB can investigate complaints about breaches of the Code of Professional Conduct, including issues such as dishonesty, lack of competence, or unregistered services.
