Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow a portfolio of individual and small/medium enterprises delivering tax and consulting opportunities.
Preparation of all Income Tax Return types
Preparation of Special Purpose Financial Statements
Providing business and tax advice to clients
Client contact including face to face consultations
Mentor and coaching of junior staff to develop their professional careers and a positive culture.
Experience and Attributes
Experience with MYOB, Xero and Reckon accounting software
Extensive tax technical knowledge
Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail
Actively contribute to our positive firm culture
The ability to work as a team and independently with a strong focus on time management.
Ability to embrace and encourage change through culture and technology.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming clients to the office in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Answering telephones and handling general enquiries with a strong sense of ownership and take appropriate action.
Making appointment bookings and effectively managing all calendars for the accounting team.
Processing and monitoring of client payments and receipting.
Managing the lodgement of client tax returns
Maintaining clear and accurate notes on the client management system of all client interactions and completed administration tasks.
General administration support to the accounting team.
Experience and Attributes
Minimum of 5 years administration experience in a customer contact role.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
High standard of Microsoft Office competency and data entry skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and show initiative when needed.
A commitment to quality customer service with good attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including client relationships and delivery of quality service. The role will also provide input in to strategic business decisions and improvements whilst also mentoring and coaching the team of professional staff.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients, including building strong client relationships
Preparation of all Income Tax Return types and Special Purpose Financial Statements
Providing business and tax advice to a range of small to medium enterprises
Mentoring and coaching of staff to develop their professional careers
Encourage a positive team culture
Identify and introduce clients to our business partners for financial planning and mortgage broking needs.
Experience and Attributes
Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Public Practice
Hold a CA or CPA qualification or working towards qualification
Experience with MYOB, Xero and Reckon accounting software
Extensive tax technical knowledge
Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail
Possess a positive attitude to contribute to our team culture
The ability to work as a team and independently with a strong focus on time management.
SMSF experience would be viewed favourably
Ability to embrace and encourage change through culture and technology.

The ideal candidate would have:
Completed (or working towards) a Degree in Business or Commerce
Strong attention to detail and a professional work ethic
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work independently, as well as in a team, with a strong focus on time management

The ideal candidate would have:
Completed (or working towards) a Degree in Business or Commerce
At least 2 years’ experience in public accounting
Strong attention to detail and a professional work ethic
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work independently, as well as in a team, with a strong focus on time management
