Managing the lodgement of client tax returns Maintaining clear and accurate notes on the client management system of all client interactions and completed administration tasks. General administration support to the accounting team. Experience and Attributes Minimum of 5 years administration experience in a customer contact role. High level of verbal and written communication skills. High standard of Microsoft Office competency and data entry skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and show initiative when needed. A commitment to quality customer service with good attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
